In-situ Raman cell for LIBs
In situ Raman spectrum test chamber for all-metal batteries
1. Product use
1) Widely used in all kinds of lithium ion battery positive/negative electrode; In-situ Raman spectroscopy study of positive/negative anode materials for sodium ion batteries and potassium ion batteries
2) The mold is not only suitable for in-situ Raman characterization in charge and discharge process, but also can test phase transition studies in cyclic voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry
3) The mold can perform continuous spectral dynamic monitoring in electrochemical reactions, which is suitable for studying closed systems and static monitoring of air sensitive samples
4) The mold can be expanded to perform Raman imaging studies on the electrode surface
5) Raman spectra can be extended to be combined with mass spectrometry and gas chromatography
2. Product features
1 Cavity diameter 50mm, thickness 18mm, window thickness 0.5mm window 8mm,
Sample and window fit, sample diameter can be installed 18mm (sample area is adjustable);
2) The cavity is sealed with O ring, which has good sealing performance and can realize long-term cyclic testing;
3) The chamber is made of stainless steel as the main body, resistant to acid and alkali, high and low temperature;
4) The device can be reused, easy to operate, small size, easy to disassemble and assemble;
5) The device window can be replaced: sapphire, quartz glass
6) Optical window high light transmission, small signal loss;
7) Focusing the laser spot can make the Raman signal strongest. Widely used in major Raman brands, no need to modify the instrument, widely used in a variety of wavelengths of laser;
